Christopher Celtruda has been the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors for Kellstrom Defense since 2013. He is currently responsible for the P&L and strategy for a sponsor backed portfolio of defense aftermarket businesses. The current business is focused on the sustainment of military aircraft with operating units providing global distribution of OEM spares, component repair services, and the design and manufacture of alternate spare part solutions.
Chief Financial Officer
Richard Drinkward joined Kellstrom Defense as Chief Financial Officer in 2017. His responsibilities include leadership of the finance, accounting, and treasury function for the overall KDA group of businesses. This key leadership role owns financial reporting, controls, and analysis, and he is a primary contact for banking and private equity investor relations.
President, Global Distribution & Repair Services
Mr. Trosper has over twenty years experience of driving financial performance, growth strategies, and program management in the aerospace aftermarket space. He is an accomplished leader with an impressive track record of increasing revenue percentages, optimizing revenue incomes and sales conversions, and improving efficiencies related to quality and process flow.
President, Engineered Products
Scott Wooden is the President for the Engineered Products business segment at Kellstrom Defense. Scott is responsible for the overall leadership of the Camarillo, California site, the overall Engineered Products business and operational teams, and the Miramar, Florida based Life Extension Programs (LEP) product line. He serves as the business leader for the Engineered Products segment business strategy, growth planning, new product development, engineering, manufacturing, operations, and supply chain efforts.

Mr. Hillewaert was most recently engaged at the Merex Group in a role as Director of Business Development for North America customers and OEM account development. Prior to that he held an interim role as the leader for the Merex Engineering & Manufacturing business segment.
CIO, Chief Information Officer
Total System Support Responsibility (TSSR) Program Director
Mr. Cofer is currently engaged at Kellstrom Defense in the role of Total System Support Responsibility (TSSR) Program Director, and is the leader for the Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) segment. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the statement of work for a Fortune 500 customer that includes supply chain management, quality assurance, quality control, material security, and purchasing/repair management, utilizing his nearly twenty years of aerospace experience.
